Tutoring:

Each tutor will have in his or her care a group of students who have been grouped according to their ability level.  This tutor will work with the students each week for an hour to help the students with their studies or with any other work that they are having difficulties with.

The tutor for each level will help the students by correcting their daily journals kept during the tours.

Periodic Interviews:

Each student will have immediate access to the director of the ESDES program.  In order to stay connected, the director will conduct a personal interview with each student every trimester.

Student Leadership Committee:

The ESDES student body will elect representatives from each ability level.  These representatives will form a committee led by the assistant director of Student Services who will conduct meetings with the committee once a week.
